Board Description:  This 3'x 4' White Board was designed to track phone calls received regarding warranty, product support & customer service.  This board uses cardholder magnets (not shown) under CSR for customer rep name.  Information for the current month is entered on the board LH side, Year to date info is accumulated on the board RH side.  Customer Service, Product Support and Warranty titles are all on moveable vinyl magnets.
